INTERNSHIP

The best way to get a feel of our close-knit community here at JTJB is to do an internship with us. We invite all law students who are at least in their second year to apply for an internship at JTJB. We will endeavour to accommodate your requests for the internship to commence at any time of the year, subject to availability.

An internship at JTJB will provide you with a glimpse of practice as you will be assisting our lawyers in ongoing cases, drafting legal documents and following our lawyers to court. During the internship, you will be assigned to one of our Partners, who will be your Mentor. You can expect to be exposed to a wide range of matters involving general litigation, family law, conveyancing and our specialist area, shipping and admiralty law.

Applications must be accompanied by your curriculum vitae setting out your school, law subjects taken to date, grades, interests, email address and a range of available dates for an interview with us. Please also enclose a recent photograph taken in the last three months.
