Lexis-Nexis and Joseph Tan Jude Benny are pleased to be collaborating again to bring you the Maritime Law & Practice Conference of 2007. Last year’s Conference was very well-received, and we thank you for your support.

The maritime industry has its unique legal challenges, and we understand how a little legal-savvy goes a long way in saving time and costs. This year’s Conference maintains the same objective of providing a practical and uncomplicated understanding of maritime law. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from and pose questions to various expert speakers from different aspects of the industry. The speakers will highlight issues, concerns and recent developments in the law, and suggest measures to prevent or manage problems that may arise.
