Kenneth commenced pupilage with Joseph Tan Jude Benny in 2003. After his call to the Bar in June 2004, he joined the firm as a legal associate. Kenneth continues to practice in commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on shipping and admiralty law. He looks forward to gaining further exposure in the field, especially in relation to matters involving higher degrees of technical complexity.
Kenneth’s practice areas include a wide range of matters in civil and commercial litigation. He has assisted in various trials and arbitrations involving cargo claims, shipbuilding disputes and corporate law as well as in other general litigation matters.
