Grace commenced
her pupilage with Joseph Tan Jude Benny in 2006.
After being called to the Bar in 2007, she joined
our firm as a Legal Associate.
Grace’s practice
areas include both civil and commercial litigation,
with a predominant practice in shipping and
admiralty litigation. Her scope of maritime work
includes cargo claims, marine insurance claims,
laytime and demurrage claims, ship arrest, disputes
arising from bills of lading and charterparties as
well as enforcement of letters of credit. She has
assisted in mediation as well as appeals to the
Court of Appeal in respect of interlocutory matters.
Her non-shipping litigation work includes company
law disputes, drafting of agreements, en bloc sales
and general debt collection. |
