Sy Hann commenced her pupilage with Joseph Tan Jude Benny. After she was called to the Bar in 2003, she continues her practice in the firm.
Sy Hann’s practice area includes general shipping and admiralty litigation, commercial litigation, general debt collection and bankruptcy. She has assisted in High Court trial and appeals in the Court of Appeal, which involved admiralty, banking and commercial matters. She has also assisted in incorporation of companies, in particular ship-owning companies in Singapore. |
