After obtaining
her LLB (Honours), Yvonne commenced her pupilage
with Joseph Tan Jude Benny. She was called to the
Bar in 2007 and joined the firm as a legal
associate to commence her practice of the law.
Yvonne's practice areas include shipping and
admiralty litigation, civil and commercial
litigation, arbitration and general debt
collection. She deals predominantly with shipping
and admiralty matters and has assisted in a wide
range of matters including cargo claims, laytime and
demurrage claims as well as claims for deadfreight,
charter hire and ship repairs. |
