Our Conveyance and Real Estate Practice Group provides services for the entire suite of real estate matters including but not limited to the drafting, negotiating, advising on Option and Sale and Purchase Agreements, rental for residential and commercial property, JTC property, acquisitions, mortgages, restructuring of loans for both commercial and residential property, privatisation, en-bloc sale and purchase, and refinancing.

Our dedicated team of lawyers are supported by a strong, capable, and very experienced term of paralegals, legal executives and support staff. The Practice Group is headed by our Senior Partner, Ms Mabel Tan, with our Founding Partner, Mr Joseph Tan, as Consultant, both with over 30 years of experience dealing with all matters relating to real estate transactions.

We act for a wide range of clients including local and foreign investors, private individuals, developers, the Central Provident Fund Board, Statutory Boards, Corporations, and local and foreign financial institutions.
